The English Football League 2 saw goals pouring in all

weekend. Results that stood out for me were the 4-0 home win for Bury FC who thrashed Gillingham and the other big home win for Dag &

Red who won 6-1 and tore Notts County apart. On a personal note, it was great to see Macclesfield grab a very rare away win

as they travelled to Barnet.

With most of the league playing

on Tuesday night, it will be interesting to see which teams grow from this weekend’s goalfest and which teams bounce

back after disappointing results.
